Once you have registered a validation email will be sent to the email address that you used to register. Follow the instructions in this email. You will have 7 days to validate your email address. If at the end of this period if you have not validated; your account and all the associated information will be automatically deleted. Finally, an Admin must approve your account. Once approved you will acces to more areas of this forum and be able to post.
